• When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo within 15 business days after the payment is received . The cargo may take approximately 2 days within Istanbul and 3-4 days outside Istanbul to arrive. However, this period may be longer for personalized orders.

  • I want to return the product I purchased. How should I proceed?

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased for any reason, you can return them within 15 days and get a refund.
