Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mikos Store purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item according to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items, such as customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Mikos Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please email mikos@mikosstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and address details.

All returns must be sent to our headquarters in Turkey at the following address:

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description.
We will review your claim and arrange either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
